Symptoms

 While trying to use eMail Response Inbound Email functionality, getting the below error in CommInboundReceiver , email component log :

Changes

Siebel environment was upgraded to 8.1.x  and while going through  the validation of email functionality it was noticed - no inbound emails are coming into Siebel application.
