Check Boxes, Primary Checks, Tab Icons Missing in High Interactivity (Doc ID 1524852.1)

Symptoms

After applying 8.1.1.9 fix pack, check boxes on the applets do not display in High Interactivity (HI) mode. 

Open UI has NOT been enabled.  The browser is Internet Explorer 8.

STEPS
In Standard High Interactivity for 8.1.1.9 under IE 8:
1. Go to Administration - Data > List of Values
2. Review Active, Translate and Multilingual fields.

Result: Check boxes and/or tabs are not displayed properly.
