Reproducible Steps

1. Login a SADMIN, In Territory Management > Territories Administration >
drill down on the Territory > Geography, Menu > Record Count = 2070.
The Effective Start Date, Value = 9/25/2012 8:35:15 PM for all 2070 records.
2. Select all records by clicking on Edit > Select All in top of the screen.

3. Click on Edit > Change Records, choose Field =Effective Start Date, Value = 10/5/2012 8:35:15 PM (update this field to today + 1, given today is 10/4, today + 1 is 10/5, and I keep the same time 8:35:15 PM).
