F9 integrated with Outlook 2007/2010 show up error message "Cannot save the attachment...no data source was provided..." when click on Send.

When attempting to use F9 integrated with MS Outlook the pop up error message bellow occurs as soon as the user click on Send button on Outlook 2007/2010. The behavior is happening only for users using Outlook 2010/2007. Previously the users were using Outlook 2003 where the behavior does not occur.
Although the error message pop ups the email message is always sent successfully by Outlook to the recipient. And the Email - Outbound activity record is sometimes updated correctly.
This is happening when the users select a Email Template that has images that were copy and paste to the Email Template.
"...: Cannot save the attachment. Cannot add the attachment; no data source was provided. Do you want to continue to update the activity record?"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login a Siebel User
2. Click on F9 to try to send an email out
3. Outlook client show up.
4. Edit the email
5. Click on Send the pop up error message appears.
