Siebel Freezes: Not Able To Add Line Items From Siebel. (Doc ID 1527913.1)

Symptoms


After adding a line item from the product catalog to an order, the system went down. Users are not able to login anymore.

Last error in log file:
 


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Start Siebel Servers (4 Servers)
2. In one session add a product from the cart to an order
=> System hangs. Cannot login anymore. IMPACT: Production Down
