PR_DEPT_OU_ID Is Updated To "No Match Row Id" In The Audit Trail For Some Users (Doc ID 1529530.1)

Symptoms

When user click on Account MVG field in the Contact screen, the record disappears from MVG Applet. The Column PR_DEPT_OU_ID in S_CONTACT is updated to 'No Match Row Id'  when view from the Audit Trail.

These occurence happens only for some users.
