Goal

For example, if you wanted to replace the MobileTheme with the following, it does not work:

Test Case:

1) Copied MobileTheme.js to the Siebel/Custom folder, and named the new file MobileThemeAATest1.js.  The following is the code:

The thinking was that this would allow the mobilethemeAATest1 to be used instead of mobiletheme.css.  Tested by starting a Cache Cleared Mobile Client, and then opened the Element Inspector.  The following was seen in the Element Inspector

- Both the mobilethemeAATest1.js and mobiletheme.js files were downloaded to the client in the resources.
- Only the Theme-Black.css file showed up in the resources.
