Symptoms

When attempting to run Siebel BI Publisher Reports after 30-40 mins of idle time, the following error occurs.

 
Steps to Reproduce Issue

  1. Login to Siebel CRM Application
  2. Execute any Siebel BIP Report e.g. Account List
  3. Do not execute any report for 30-40 mins
  4. Try to generate any Siebel BIP Report
