Siebel Developer Web client Starting With Errors - DLLs Missing (Doc ID 1533294.1)

After upgrading from SEA to and installing the Siebel SIA Developer Web client, the Web client is starting up with errors due to some missing DLLs


The Developer Web Client still starts with an error in the browser:

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
The DLL 'SSFAFCBC.DLL' could not be loaded.(SBL-DAT-00170)
