Contact records are not coming into Existing Duplicate screen(UCM Contact Duplicate List Applet) without Address.
In the log we found the record is trying to get the Primary address as well. However, address is not required.

Customer expects to see duplicate record in the Duplicate Applet.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create/update a record without address in UCM so that it will form a duplicate to an existing one ensure that the matching pop up comes.
2. In the Pop up,Click on 'Ignore All'.
3. Now click on 'Existing Duplicates' tab.
4. Now drilldown on the new record created and it will direct you to UCM Contact Duplicates Detail View where you can see the ''Merge' button at the bottom applet.
But the record is not visible in the bottom applet even though we had the same record at S_DEDUP_RESULT table
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the duplicate record displayed when address is not informed.
