After successfully installing web client on a compatibility mode (with Windows XP SP3) on a developer workstation, browser displays the Siebel Loading screen momentarily, but shows blank (white) screen after. Internet Explorer browser error says:
Message: '_swe._sweapp.S_CAS' is null or not an object
