After Upgrade, Logging into to Siebel fails with SBL-DAT-00383, Field is Defined More Than Once in Business Component Definition, but there are no Duplicate Fields? (Doc ID 1536168.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.9 [23016] version, Configuration - General

The Siebel Application was upgraded from 7.8 HOR to 8.1 SIA.
Logging into the Siebel Application after the upgrade with the new custom siebel_sia.srf configuration file, most of the main views fail with this error. 

Field 'Verify Password' is defined more than once in business component definition 'Contact'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00383)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compile custom repository, login and try to navigate to the main views, even the home view fails with this error.
2. Reviewing Business Component (BC) in Siebel Tools does not show a duplicate Field.  A duplicate field in a BC is two fields defined for the same column. 
3. If this field is inactivated, the same error happens for the next field in the BC.
4. Importing the standard 8.1 SIA contact BC from the 8.1 SIA sample database and compiling standard Contact BC on the custom Contact SRF fixes the error.

Therefore, after the upgrade from 7.8 hor to 8.1 sia, the users are not able to log in to the Siebel Application.

 This error started after the upgrade to Siebel 8.1 SIA from Siebel 7.8 HOR.
