Customer would like Siebel to automatically Cancel the SmartScript session when the user navigate away from the Siebel Smart Script Player View.
Currently Siebel required that users to use the SmartScript navigation buttons to finish, cancel or finish later a SmartScript session. If the user is working on a SmartScript session and just navigate away from the "Smart Script Player View (eApps)" view such as clicking on a Screen tab or just using the browser back button the SmartScript session is saved. This is status is not the same as Finish Later.
When the user launch a new SmartScript session using RunSmartScript application method for the same SmartScript and there is a previous SmartScript session running in the background, this SmartScript session in the background is cancelled. But customer want to cancel that immediately when the user navigate away from the SmartScript session.
