BI Publisher Report Job History Page Does Not Open In Siebel iFrame And Opens BIP URL Directly Outside Siebel (Doc ID 1536859.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel - BI Publisher Integrated environment, we are at configuring BI Publisher Reports Job History page in Siebel UI using Out of the box record "BIBReportJobListPage"

Siebel BIP URL does not stay under Siebel header. Instead, it leaves Siebel application and opens the BI Publisher page as if the login was made directly in the BIP application.
