Siebel CTI - Unable to establish network connection to Siebel Request Broker (Doc ID 1541114.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.8 SIA [23012] version, CTI

Siebel SRBroker

We have single enterprise with two siebel servers which were not loadbalanced as AOM is only on the first siebel server(Unix). And only Communications Management comp group is enabled on the second siebel server(Windows) for CTI purpose.

Now when CTI agent logs into siebel application, then for that agent siebel session we found below errors under AOM component


ERROR
-----------------------

1. SBL-SVR-03005: No server connect string for Siebel Component SRBroker in Siebel Enterprise SBA_81, Siebel Server siebelcommdev
2. Please check whether SRBroker is running on server siebelcommdev in enterprise SBA_81
3. SBL-CSR-00303: Unable to establish network connection to Siebel Request Broker.
4. FATAL:Failed to connect to GateWay(xxxxxxx), Enterprise(SBA_81), Server(siebelcommdev), Component(CommSessionMgr), ccfErrCode(1313725)

1. Log into Siebel application as CTI agent.
