ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running a query using one of these duplicated values, Siebel is creating an IN clause with all matching LICs. For example:
(T1.X_ROLE_CD IN ( ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ? )

Where every input is the same, e.g.:
Bind variable 4: 4
Bind variable 5: 4
Bind variable 6: 4
Bind variable 7: 4
Bind variable 8: 4
Bind variable 9: 4
Bind variable 10: 4
Bind variable 11: 4
Bind variable 12: 4
Bind variable 13: 4
Bind variable 14: 4
Bind variable 15: 4
Bind variable 16: 4
Bind variable 17: 4
Bind variable 18: 4
Bind variable 19: 4
Bind variable 20: 4
Bind variable 21: 4
Bind variable 22: 4
Bind variable 23: 4
Bind variable 24: 4
Bind variable 25: 4


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
