The start up of the Siebel Gateway service fails. The following error is found in Gateway logs.
[DataDirect][ODBC 20101 driver]ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
SBL-SEC-10018: [DataDirect][ODBC 20101 driver]ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
SBL-SEC-10007: The password you have entered is not correct. Please enter your password again.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, since start up of Siebel Gateway fails, then the start up of Siebel Server fails too. Hence it's not possible to access Siebel application.
Patch 184.108.40.206 applied on top of 220.127.116.11 and installed the HTTP server 11g.
