CTI Toolbar Buttons Login and Logout Are Not Getting Enable/Disable Properly After Upgrade to 18.104.22.168 or higher.

After upgrading from 8.1.1.x to 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206 or 220.127.116.11, the Login and Logout button on CTI Toolbar buttons are unexpectedly disabled/enabled.
After the user login to the Siebel Application with Siebel CTI Toolbar button the login button on the CTI Toolbar does not get enable.
After the user login to the Siebel Application with Siebel CTI Toolbar button the login button on the CTI Toolbar get enable. User click on Login and is expected for the Login button get disable and Logout button get enabled, but the Logout button does NOT get enabled.
The behavior can only be observed when the Push Keep Alive Driver is used in the Communications Configuration. The behavior can NOT be observed if:
- Disable Push Keep Alive Driver
- Replace 18.104.22.168/.9/.10 sscmimed library file with previous 8.1.1.x version
