Two Email - Outbound activities and e-mails being sent for 1 Outbound Communication Manager request
ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 001b8ef151411bb4:0 2013-03-14 15:52:53 (bcfinact.cpp (311)) SBL-CSR-00215: Activity has been generated, but the following fields cannot be set: <?>. You may not have the permission to set these fields to the corresponding values.
SBL-CSR-00215, SBL-OMS-00107, SBL-OMS-00203
1. Through script we invoke business service Workflow Process Manager, method "RunProcess" to call a Workflow Process.
2. The Workflow Process calls Business Service "Outbound Communications Manager", method "CreateRequest", passing in Email Template, business object, and e-mail address.
3. Outbound Communication Manager request is created and sends the e-mail. Activity gets created, but the above error is encountered, so the Outbound Comm instance is set to Incomplete status.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, outbound emails were not going out.
