[Customize] button in Order Line Item applet causes an error after copying a record. (Doc ID 1546169.1)

With the following steps, 'Customize' button in Order Line Item applet causes SBL-UIF-00266 error.

(1) Enable ABO (Asset-Based Ordering).

(2) Login to Siebel application and go to [Sales Order]->[List] view

(3) Create a new order record and drill down via the 'Order #' list column on the order record.

(4) Click 'Line Items' view tab

(5) Click 'New' button to create a new line item record and associate any customizable product.

(6) Click 'Customize' to make sure that the configurator screen shows up with no problem.

(7) Go back to the line items view.

(8) Click 'Copy Record' in the applet menu to copy the record. Do NOT save the copied record yet.

(9) Click 'Customize' button again. You will see the following error:


We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:

Applet: Cfg Cx Runtime Instance Frame (JS HI) does not have the Edit template file specified.(SBL-UIF-00266)
