Siebel Remote: Remote Compgrp shows "Part Offline" and Txnproc shows "Not Online" by default From 8.1.1.9 (Doc ID 1546725.1)

Symptoms

 Remote Component Group Shows  "PART OFFLINE" AND Transaction Processor Shows  "NOT ONLINE" by default from 8119 onwards where mobile client is not extracted  . Prior to 8119 ,  Transaction Processor status shows "ONLINE".

 If mobile client is extracted on existing environment ( 8.1.1 to 8.1.1.8) and apply patch 8119 , then remote component group status shows Running and transaction processor component status shows running .

If mobile client is not extracted  then the following error can be seen in txnproc log .

Trace TracingInfo 3 0000006155850068:0 2015-06-20 18:21:33 Transaction Processor has determined that this node does not have any mobile clients or regional servers that need to recieve transactions.  Please perform a database

extract on one of these nodes before restarting this component.
