Email Marketing: Is It Possible To Redirect User From Landing Page Related To Unsubscribe Confirmation? (Doc ID 1547297.1)

Goal

When user selects One click Unsubscribe in an email, he is navigated to a page exposed through Click Through Daemon (CTD) where the message that the user has been successfully unsubscribed is displayed.
Would it be possible, as soon as the user is navigated to the specific page, to be automatically redirected to another page defined by the client (not a CTD page)?
