Synchronizing of Activity from ORS fails on validation error in CRM: 'Planned Completion' is required to be '>= [Planned]' (Doc ID 1547355.1)

Synchronizing (updating) of the scheduled appointment / activity from OR
However the traced in the Siebel Client's log file shows the expected (must pass this validation) value for "Planned Completion" and "Planned" fields
 in the received SOAP response message from the ORS:S to CRM (Siebel)

 ends with the error The 'Planned Completion' is required to be '>= [Planned]'  on Siebel CRM side.

Even in case if the both fields: "Planned Completion" and "Planned" of the "Action" Integration Component in the Siebel Message (the "Abssiebel" Integration Object),

received from the ORS are correct and meets validation check: "Planned Completion >= Planned" .


Sample error text  shown in the popup window of  the Siebel Client:

1] Error invoking service 'EAI Siebel Adapter', method 'Update' at step 'Update Activity'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2] Method 'SetFieldValue' of business component 'Action' (integration component 'Action') for record with search specification '[Activity UID] = "1-ABC"' returned the following error:"The value '04/12/2013 08:05:00' for field 'Planned Completion' is required to be '>= [Planned]'.

Please enter a value that is '>= [Planned]'.(SBL-DAT-00521)"(SBL-EAI-04451)
