The System Cannot Find The Path Specified Error During Campaign Load in Heterogenous Environment Siebel/OBIEE (SBL-MKT-00471) (Doc ID 1547379.1)

Symptoms

We are using Siebel Financial Services 8.0.0.13 & File System (installed in AIX) integrated with OBIEE 10.1.3.4.1 (installed in Windows Server 2008). The AIX Siebel file system is mounted in Windows box using NFS. The siebel filesystem path is updated in instanceconfig.xml file. The segment is created using Siebel -> Segments and the count is getting updated correctly which ensures that the integration between siebel and obiee is correct.

The segment was associated to the campaign and campaign was loaded, generating the following error:

Detailed error message: Job request of type "WriteListFiles" failed. Exception occurred while working with file: : \\10.1XX.1XX.250\siebel\siebelfs\Marketing\EAI\4cf468c0-0c6b-1000-8029-0a92a6390000.tmp
Incorrect function. (SBL-MKT-00471)

Details on the tests performed:

1) the AIX drive was mounted with following command:

2) By putting  <MarketingFileSystem>Z:\</MarketingFileSystem> in the instanceconfig.xml file, the following error is generated:
Detailed error message: Job request of type "WriteListFiles" failed. Path not found: Z:\\abfb1480-0c6c-1000-8029-0a92a6390000.tmp The system cannot find the path specified.

3)  By putting  <MarketingFileSystem>Z:</MarketingFileSystem> in the instanceconfig.xml file, the following error is generated:
Detailed error message: Job request of type "WriteListFiles" failed. Path not found: Z:\abfb1480-0c6c-1000-8029-0a92a6390000.tmp The system cannot find the path specified.

4) By putting  <MarketingFileSystem>\\10.1XX.1XX.250\siebel\siebelfs\</MarketingFileSystem> in the instanceconfig.xml file, the following error is generated:
