Customer was using Siebel 220.127.116.11  and F9 with Siebel Email Client.
Customer notice that for some HTML templates, after click on F9 the Send Communications Applet pops up and user select the template on Body drop down. At this point nothing happens the email body does not appear on the Send Communication Applet and show a blank email body.
The expected is to see the text in the template items to show up in the Send Communications Applet body field.
This is happening for Simple Templates where no Text or Subject was set in Simple Tab on Site Map>Administration - Communications>All Templates and only template items are defined to populate the email body.
The template item must have a reference for a image on the top of the template file like a logo on the top of the email body.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a simple template type HTML
2. Create a template item with some HTML code where at the top of the HTML page you reference a image URL to show up as a logo on the email body.
3. Click on F9 and in Siebel Email Client select the email template in Body drop down.
4. The email body does NOT show up in Send Communications Applet.
