Fail To Disable Component For A Specific Siebel Server In Siebel 8.0.x.x and later But It Works In Prior 7.8.x.x (Doc ID 1549229.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from Siebel CRM 7.8.x.x to Siebel 8.1 there is no way to disable a component on a specific Siebel Server.

On prior Siebel 7.8 this could be achieve on Siebel Administration view using Disable/Enable buttons which are no longer available in 8.1.x.x., the buttons were replace by Auto Start/Manual Start buttons.

The old command Server Manager Command Line command "deactivate compdef XXXX for server YYY' returns error:

So currently there is no way to disable/deactivate/delete a component for a specific Siebel Server. The only options are set to Manual to not start the component on given Server or Deactivate a component, but this would affect all the Siebel Server where the Component Group was Enabled.
