Symptoms
In earlier versions of Siebel that used IE 8 and earlier versions of the Browser, Customers have implemented a custom Log off script to simulate a File-> Logout when the ‘X’ button is clicked on the browser by the user. This is now not working in Open UI.
Script has been added to automatically generate a Logoff to the Siebel Server when the X is clicked on the browser.
The customer expected this same script to work in Open UI
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Implement the Siebel Browser scripting that catches the X being clicked, and compile the changes and deploy them.
2. Log into Siebel 8.1.1.9 - Open UI using Chrome or Firefox (Or others)
3. Click on the X to close the browser.
4) See that the browser closes, but that the Siebel Session on the server was not closed.
