Siebel to process a CTI Release command cause error like "Failed on invoking driver command(ReleaseCall) at driver..." when user also drop the call manually on the physical phone.

Symptoms

Users with Siebel CTI Toolbar in Siebel 8.1.1.7 sporadically get an error when trying to release the call from Siebel CTI Toolbar.

The behavior does NOT happens all the time, sometime the user is able to successfully release the call from Siebel CTI Toolbar, sometime he click on the release button and got the error:

Communication: Failed to invoke command 'ReleaseWorkGroup', detailed error = 'Failed on invoking driver command(ReleaseCall) at driver AMCSiebelAdapter.dll, driver error = 1000.(SBL-CSR-00505)'(SBL-CSR-00111).
