Error synchronizing appointment (Contract Scheduling) from CRM to ORS while Earliest Start (No Sooner Than Date) is empty. (Doc ID 1552094.1)

Symptoms

Integration error is reported when activity is synchronizing (Contract Scheduling) from CRM to ORS, has the "Earliest Start" field  ("Action" Business Component field: "No Sooner Than Date") empty,

 while the "Lastest Start" field ("Due") is set.

Following error is observed in Siebel CRM log:
