Drilldown causes SBL-DAT-00359 error if the applet has a date field (Doc ID 1552724.1)

Symptoms

In Open UI, when drilling down to a view based on different business object and the original applet has a date field, it causes date conversion error if the date format is different from system date format. For example;

(1) Login to Siebel application JPN version (Open UI).

(2) Go to [Accounts]->[Accounts List]->[Activities] view

(3) Try to drilldown on any activity record. You will see the following errors:

[1] Wrong field values or value types detected in field Due. Please re-enter your field values. If you need additional assistance, please refer to the documentation.(SBL-UIF-00299)
[2] The Value '04/29/2013 17:48:24' cannot be converted to a date time value (SBL-DAT-00359)
