Siebel UCM With EDQ New Installation

On : [23016] version, Client Functionality

When attempting to create a Duplicate Account and "picking" a match with EDQ
the following error occurs.

Database connection was lost; please retry.( SBL-DAT-00175)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Data Quality EDQ

2. Open UI > My Accounts

3. Create a duplicate Account

4. From "Possible Matching Accounts Pick Applet", select a match

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create duplicate records and select a match
