HTML <A> Tag In Calculated Field Is Showing Up In Open UI Application

Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.9 [23016] version, Configuration - General
When added a calculated field with URL, the field value displays the field value as it is. It does not display it as a link in Open UI mode. It works fine in High Interactivity mode.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a calculated field with the following value:
Name: Test
Calculated: Y
Calculated Value: "<A HREF='www.oracle.com' target=_blank>Oracle</A>"
2. Expose this field in the list applet with the following property:
HTML Display Type: DontEncodeData
HTML Type: Link
