Siebel File System : Attachments Are Failing Intermittently After Sfspartition (Doc ID 1556858.1)

Symptoms

The user implemented sfspartition expecting a load balancing behavior for the new files created. To test one of the two file system drives was disabled. The user expected all the new attachments to be created in the other available filesystem, which did not happen. The following errors occurred intermittently while creating new attachments:

File Attachments are failing intermittently  with error SBL-UIF-00229: Error occurred while opening file ' XXXX.SAF'  AND SBL-SVC-00184: Error occurred while creating file in filesystem. Please contact your system administrator.

On the available drive files were saved normally.
