Primary Language on confirmation screen of Enterprise Configuration Wizard is displayed with "null". (Doc ID 1558569.1)

Symptoms

When deploying multi-languages,
we surely selected an Language on "Pick a Primary Language" of "Language for Server Messages and Logs:" screen.
But "Pick a Primary Language" on confirmation screen of Siebel Enterprise Configuration Wizard is displayed with "null".


Reproduce Steps is as follows,
1. Launch "Siebel Enterprise Server Configuration 8.1.1.0.0 - Siebel Enterprise Configuration".
2. On "Language for Server Messages and Logs" screen, select "English(American)".
3. On confirmation screen, look into the value of "Pick a Primary Language".
