Gateway Configuration Fails on, cannot open shared object file on log

On : [23021] version, Installation

When attempting to configure Gateway after fresh installation on Linux,
the following error occurs.

Execution Failed

The issue can be reproduced at will at customer side with the following steps:
1. install Enterprise server, full install
2. run configuration of gateway , it fails
