Update conflict error seen while creating contact using Task UI after applying 8.1.1.10 (Doc ID 1560525.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Task Based UI


ERROR

You have attempted to insert the value for column <> twice in the insert statement(SBL-DAT-00418)


STEPS
-----------------------
1) create a Task with following steps
Start --> Siebel Operation(Opportunity, Insert) --> Task View1--> Siebel Operation(Contact, Insert) --> Task View2 -- End
2) First siebel operation is used to create opportunity and the second is used to create contact
3) after clicking submit getting following error
