Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2
Customer installed Siebel 126.96.36.199 onto Windows 2008 R2 (IIS 7.5) with ENU and JPN languages.
After executing SWSE Configuration Wizard, some Virtual Directory was not created.
While executing SWSE Configuration Wizard, error was found as follows,
C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\appcmd add app /site.name:Siebel /path:/callcenter_ENU /physicalpath:c:\sia81\sweapp\public\ENU
APP object "Siebel/callcenter_ENU" added
VDIR object "Siebel/callcenter_ENU" added
ERROR ( hresult:80070020, message:Failed to commit configuration changes. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
