Information in this document applies to any platform.
While trying to create a sales order from Service Request view, the price of the Line Item is not getting updated.The process needs to be triggered via service request and user will not navigate to sales order view to trigger "Reprice All"
The price should be automatically updated when a workflow triggers a sales order from service Request.
The workflow is created on service request screen and is trigger on a button click on service Request.
