Symptoms
In 8.2.2.3 the wave launch fails with
Error/Warning : Error invoking service 'Wave Execution', method 'SendOffers' at step 'Send Offers / Vendor Lists'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
An error has occurred creating business component 'Email Offer Dynamic URLs' used by business object 'Offer'.
Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00222)
