" Net Price" Field Not Set When Inserting Quote Using EAI (Doc ID 1562100.1)

Symptoms

8.1.1.3 SIA[21219]

Issue:-

A Quote is created in Siebel using a customer web service which is based on EAI Siebel Adapter. The pricing information on quote and quote line item is not shown despite a valid price list was provided in the request message.

When an explicit “Reprice All” is performed on this quote record then the pricing information does get shown on quote and quote line items.


Expected Behavior:-
Executing the web service request should populate the Price related fields e.g Total/NRC Total/Net Price/Extended price
