ServiceParam.Field causes SBL-DAT-0038 error with Dashboard and Pick Applet (Doc ID 1563375.1)

If ServiceParam.Field parameter is set in an event response, the parameter value is used in encoded format when an inbound call comes while a pick applet is open and causes SBL-DAT-00398 error. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue.

(1) Add the following Event Response Parameters for OnInboundCallReceived event response.
    ServiceMethod : Persistent Customer Dashboard.Update Dashboard from CTI
    ServiceParam.Field : Work Phone #
    ServiceParam.Value : {ANI}
(2) Relogin and open Customer Dashboard
(3) Receive an inbound call. A contact data will be displayed on the customer dashboard as expected.
(4) Release the call and then open any pick applet
(5) Recieve an inbound call again. This time, you will see the following error:
Field 'Work+Phone+#' does not exists in definition for Business Component 'Contact' (SBL-DAT-00398)
