Vertical Scrollbar On List Applet Not Available On List Applet In Siebel 8.2.2.3 Open UI (Doc ID 1563563.1)

Goal

In Siebel Open UI the standard applet renderer has buttons at the bottom of the list applet to allow the user to go to the first, next set, previous set or last record.
This is not the same as in Siebel HI, which also provides a vertical scrollbar.

Question: Is it possible to get a vertical scrollbar on List Applets in Open UI, as well?
