UCM Inbound Web Services does not return matches when using OEDQ Customer Data Services Pack (CDS) 9.0.4 version (Doc ID 1565974.1)

Siebel UCM on SIA 8.1.1.10

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------

Customer is using UCM on SIA 8.1.1.10 FP with OEDQ 9.0.8, Siebel Connector 9.0.6, Customer Data Services Pack (CDS) 9.0.4

During testing, the following behaviours were observed:

- When testing matching on the Siebel UI, matching was invoked and returned a pop-up indicating the potential matches with scores

- When testing the matching using PersonMatch inbound web service, no matches were found/returned eventhough the same contact record was used as in the UI test case

- When testing the matching using createPerson inbound web service, no matches were found/returned eventhough the same contact record was used as in the UI test case, thus resulting in the web service creating another record in the Siebel DB with the same values.

BEHAVIOR PATTERN:

The behavior is consistently occurs with the above pattern:  Matches are returned when using the Siebel UI but no matches are returned when using any of the UCM Inbound Web Services.

ERROR MESSAGE:

The error message found in the Siebel EAI log files for this issue is:

GetDedupKeys - Did not return any dedup key
