EAI Tasks and component are online but not accepting any calls (Doc ID 1566555.1)

Statement of Issue:

Some times one of the servers stop receiving requests. The component stays   in Online state but no request is processed.  The SCBroker shows requests being received but nothing is logged in EAI logs and no server tasks are shown.

Possible Errors receiving inbound web service calls

SBL-SVR-00022: The function has not been implemented
smimtpool.cpp (1726) err=1376378 sys=0) SBL-SMI-00122: Internal: Error 589829 from SessionHandleMessage()
somentry.cpp (812) err=589829 sys=0) SBL-ADM-00005: Internal error, please contact Siebel customer support

Actual behavior:
After restarting the EAI component, the system works fine again.
