Loyalty Buckets For A Promotion With Final Execution Date Are Processed Multiple Times Instead Of Just Once

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When the Final Execution Date is set for a Loyalty Promotion, attributes should only be processed once after this date. However the actions defined were being processed repeatedly as the attribute kept being picked up for processing. In the customers case this caused members to be assigned points repeatedly.
