SSSE SEED Workflow Error In Log Files (Doc ID 1567580.1)

Siebel Server Sync - Microsoft Exchange Server - Version 8.1.1.8 SIA [23012] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Customer have a setup of Siebel SIA 8118 Vanilla Reference Environment including ACR560 for sync. Contacts, Tasks and Appointments between Siebel and Exchange. Everything is working fine in booth direction without one point.

But in the Workflow Process Manager logs, customer is getting the below error:

GenericLog GenericError 1 0000079a51cb0ff4:0 2013-06-27 16:02:11 Object manager error: ([0] Cannot execute workflow process definition 'PIMSI Sync List Delete' because it either does not exist, it is not Active, it has expired, or it was recently updated and re-published using a different Row ID.(SBL-BPR-00158) (0x67009e))

The error message was generated by Workflow Process Manager and also create a error entry in Administration - Server > Jobs for every single "add to synclist" and "remove from synclist" by user.

As per the bookshelf:
CAUTION: Do not activate PIMSI workflows. The workflows that are provided in seed data are not currently used by SSSE and can cause the PIMSI Engine to fail if deployed.

As these workflows are set to inactive in repository, why this error message is logged in the log files and how it getting invoked?
