Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.7 SIA [21238] version, Loyalty


Assigning decimal point to member is not happening


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto member screen
2. transaction tab and create one txn with Point Type and Product and Points with decimal - 4.44
3. change status to Acceptable in process by process button
