Unable to Assign Points in Decimals (Doc ID 1571528.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.7 SIA [21238] version, Loyalty

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Assigning decimal point to member is not happening

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should assign decimal points as per configuration changes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto member screen
2. transaction tab and create one txn with Point Type and Product and Points with decimal - 4.44
3. change status to Acceptable in process by process button
