Symptoms

SIEBEL HOME PAGE APPLET in OPEN UI has no border

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application on Dev servers show boarders but application on QA Server does not.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both QA and DEV should have borders displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced simply by logging into the application which loads the homepage using the ePharma application.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, QA env does not have desired appearance.
