Blank Page Shows When Opening Dedicated Client For Siebel Open UI

Blank Page shows up once logged into Siebel Open UI with dedicated client.
1. Set the variable "EnableOpenUI = TRUE" in uagent.cfg
2. Launch Open UI dedicated client using IE or Chrome. It always shows a blank page, no error.
