EDQ Loqate Incomplete Address

On : 8.2.1 SIA[22220] version, Client Functionality

When an address is cleansed using EDQ Loqate it is marked as incomplete. Correcting the address still shows as incomplete.

The following document is found:

"Data Quality ASM Address validation and the field Cleanse Verified Flag and validation status (Doc ID 1334771.1) .

and it refers to Address Doctor. How about Loqate?

Customer expects the Incomplete Address to be changed to "Complete" once it is corrected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel / EDQ Cleanse integration
2. Add an incorrect Address
3. Go to Administration Data Quality> Incomplete Address
4. Correct the Address

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the Address changed to Completed
